First off, yes, I was named after the cowboy movie. What can I say, my dad loved a guy in a white cowboy hat.
What I love is to come up with great ideas that connect brands to people and solve client business problems. The hat is optional.
And while I'm right at home in the trenches, developing breakthrough creative isn't a solo sport. It takes teamwork and a diversity of perspectives to truly push ideas forward. That's why my proudest accomplishments are often building teams that clients trust to do great things.
These are exciting times. As content and context continue to merge and AI can give anyone a mustache, the need for brands to align to a core human truth remains the same. We've just got a lot of really cool new channels to play with.

OFF THE RECORD
I'm a native of Kansas City, so BBQ is in my blood. If you ask nicely, I may share my rub recipe.
Fatherhood takes up most of my free time, but I try to spend my spare moments on mountains, near water or making music "old man style" on instruments that have strings.
